In the fast-paced lives that we lead, very few people have the time or the inclination to spend hours researching a product before buying it. For instance, you walk into a large supermarket and decide to buy a packet of chips. You realize that you have a whole aisle dedicated to it. You decide within 5 seconds and that is purely based on how the packet appealed to you and not because you know the product and its ingredients. So, if the consumer decides within 5 seconds that your product is worth buying then you have invested wisely in the design. A well-thought out design gives you the following

  • The image of the company is much more than just the product or service

  • Buyers are more than willing to pick your over the competitors

  • It becomes an indicator of quality- luxury, average or low-cost. This allows the customers to make a choice based on their need.
